Condition: Acceptable. Original brown cloth binding with general surface wear, rubbing, and some discoloration. The binding remains intact. Pages are heavily age-toned with uneven browning, foxing, and numerous stains/water marks, particularly around the margins and on the title and opening pages. The upper outer corner of the first few pages has substantial paper loss, though the main text remains largely unaffected. There are also occasional small spots and marks throughout. The text is generally clear and legible.
Note: Al-Hadiyya al-Hamidiyya fī al-Lugha al-Kurdiyya is historically recognized as the first printed Kurdish-Arabic dictionary. It serves as a monumental early linguistic reference bridging Kurdish vocabulary with the Arabic language. A Kurdish dictionary explained in Arabic, with a grammatical introduction in Arabic and specimens of Kurdish poetry appended.
