  • Condition: Fair. The photograph is a loose, unmounted albumen print showing significant wear and damage consistent with its age, putting its physical state in fair condition. The most prominent flaws include a severe tear and missing fragments along the right margin, alongside heavy creasing, edge fraying, and dark liquid staining across the borders. The thin, delicate paper has also suffered from severe handling wear, warping, and typical chemical degradation, including overall yellowing and mild silvering in the darker tones.
