    1. The Primary Municipal Stamp (Red): This reads PRESIDENCE DE LA MUNICIPALITE - Tripoli-Marine surrounding the Arabic رئيس البلدية - اسكلة طرابلس (President of the Municipality - Al-Mina Tripoli). The bilingual French/Arabic style is a classic feature of Mandate-era bureaucracy.
    2. The Revenue Stamp (Blue): A Lebanese fiscal tax stamp is affixed at the top of the circular seal, which was legally required to validate institutional financial transactions at the time.
