Description: Large-format photographic celebration of Dubai at the close of the twentieth century. Original black cloth, spine and front cover lettered in gilt, with the pictorial dust jacket. Illustrated throughout with colour photographs. Text in Arabic.
Condition:
Dust jacket present, showing moderate wear: noticeable surface rubbing, scratches to both panels, small closed tears and creasing at head and tail of spine, and areas of loss and abrasion along edges (particularly upper and lower). Gloss surface shows patches of scuffing, especially on rear panel.
Covers: Cloth boards generally sound but with notable scuffing, patches of abrasion to edges and corners, and some loss of surface to the upper margin of the front cover.
Spine: Binding square and firm, though cloth slightly rubbed at extremities.
Text block: Internally clean and bright throughout; photographic plates retain strong colour.
Endpapers: Some loss of paper along edge, but structurally secure.
Overall: A Good copy in a Fair to Good dust jacket — externally worn with losses, but internally well-preserved, sound, and attractive.
