  • Subject: An original historical Master Plan and zoning map (مشروع تنظيم منطقة) for the town of Baskinta and its surrounding regions in Mount Lebanon. A prominent reddish-pink shaded box outlines the primary residential and core municipal zoning boundary for downtown Baskinta, while dark blue ink lines trace key infrastructure, access roads, and territorial divisions across the valley. The map details the mountainous terrain of the Baskinta region (بسكنتا), featuring notable nearby landmarks, natural sites, and villages such as Sannine (صنّين), Qanat Bakich (قناة باكيش), Bogaâta (بقعتونا), and Ain el Gabou (عين القبو). 
  • Condition: Fair. The provided map appears to be in fair condition for an antique folded document, exhibiting several signs of age-appropriate wear. It shows significant toning, or gentle browning, throughout the page, along with authentic creases and deep fold lines from decades of being stored folded. There are visible seam separations where the paper has begun to tear along the primary horizontal and vertical folds. Additionally, the document shows noticeable edge wear, including small tattered areas and minor tears along the margins.
