Condition: Poor. The spine and outer edges show extreme fraying, tearing, and loss of the original paper covering, exposing the underlying cardboard binding. Water stains, and severe foxing are visible across the entire surface. The paper is highly brittle and yellowed due to age, acid content, and environmental exposure. The structural integrity of the binding appears compromised along the left spine edge. Few detached pages, otherwise, complete.
